Kyle and I have been on a bit of a hiatus as we work on our renovating our first home (picture to come of progress there). We were so excited this past couple month’s to get back to work on the Forgetful Elephant and to drop off new goods to the Crose Nest at Mill No 5. this weekend! Cocktail kits, test tube vases, herb peelers, earrings and more!

This is a bit of a throwback to the Fall when Kyle and I explored with creating a cocktail kit for the first time. Stumbled upon the pictures today and just had to share them here.
This weekend my sister married her bestfriend and it was such a beautiful wedding! As a present Kyle and I made her and her wife a tray made from aromatic cedar with hand-shaped stainless steel handles. A custom design was laser etched on the top and bottom of the tray. We hope it hope it stays with them for what we know will be a long long happy marriage. Congrats Jenn and Tray we love you!!!
This weekend is Lowell’s Food and Wine festival and Made in Lowell is hosting Friday Nights! Come visit us at at Kerouac Park at 5!

The Crosenest opened its doors this weekend for the first time! The new mill no. 5 store is a botanical pharmacopoeia. Owner, Kinsey Rosene, trained herbalist, helps her customers to build custom tea blends that fit their personal tastes and/or needs. In addition, the Crosenest features work of local artisans including yours truly- The Forgetful Elephant. We are so happy to be a part of this wonderful new addition to Lowell. Kyle and I had a great escape down to Austin and New Orleans last week. We had a blast exploring fantastic food spots by electric bike, driving through torrential downpours from city to city, and enjoying daiquiris on the fly. Hi Everyone! For those of you who are not familiar with Lowell Makes it is a makerspace in downtown Lowell MA. In this collaborative working space members can access 24/7 woodworking tools, metalworking tools, 3D Printers, Ceramics and more. (It has also become our studios!) Lowell Makes recently expanded it’s footprint which includes a retail space- the Lowell Makes shop opened its doors today for a soft launch! Be sure to stop by and check out all the maker made goods!
